A number of shows in the entertainment world are being cancelled or postponed due to the unprecedented impact of the coronavirus.
Should a show at Innsbrook After Hours be postponed, all tickets will be honored for the new show date. In the event of a show postponement, ticket buyers will receive an email announcing the postponement and the new show date. Refund requests will be honored for a postponed show once the rescheduled date has been announced.
Ticketholders will have 30 DAYS to request a refund for that show or request a credit to their account for future shows.
The Jamey Johnson show has been rescheduled to August 7. Ticketholders will receive an email from ETIX, the official ticketing company of Innsbrook After Hours, with instructions on how to request a refund should you wish to take advantage of the opportunity. Ticketholders will have 30 DAYS from the time the email is sent to make that request.
