Processing fees apply to each ticket purchased through the

Tickets are also available at the gate the night of each concert starting at 6:00pm.
Tickets may be purchased at the gate using cash, VISA, or MasterCard. There are no processing fees for tickets purchased at the gate.

Unless otherwise noted, gates for all Innsbrook After Hours concerts open at 6pm.
For most concerts, the format is as follows:
Doors: 6:00pm
Opening Act: 6:30pm
Headliner: 8:00pm
For shows advertised as "An Evening With...", the format is as follows:
Doors: 6:00pm
Headliner: 7:00pm

WILL CALL - Will Call is located near the front gate under the Ticket Purchase/Will Call tents.
You must bring a photo ID and your email confirmation to pick up your tickets.

The general gate entrances are located near the ticket sales and Will Call tents. Separate lines are established for General Admission, Gold Circle, and Handicapped/Season Pass holders. Please check to ensure that you have entered the correct line.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RE-ENTRY
There is absolutely no re-entry.
Once you have left the facility, you must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
There is absolutely no tailgating
ANYWHERE ON THE INNSBROOK OFFICE PARK CAMPUS. THOSE CAUGHT TAILGATING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE INNSBROOK OFFICE PARK WITHOUT REFUND.
AT NO TIME ARE PETS PERMITTED at any Innsbrook After Hours concert. Only handicapped critical animals such as seeing eye dogs are permitted when properly restrained.
Children under the age of 10 are admitted free to most Innsbrook After Hours events when 1) accompanied by a paying adult and 2) when sitting on the general admission lawn. Tickets are required for everyone age 2+ when sitting in the Gold Circle area.

Please, no coolers, baskets, knapsacks, weapons of any kind or outside food and beverages are allowed inside the pavilion (baby food being an exception). All bags are subject to search prior to entry onto the pavilion grounds. Any/All weapons and other unauthorized items will be confiscated and properly disposed.
