Gates open normally at 6pm (unless otherwise noted) with the music beginning around 6:30pm.
-- However, if a show is advertised as "An Evening With...." -- the doors will open around 6pm with the headliner between 7pm and 7:30pm.
**general gate entrance is for general admission and Gold Circle ticket holders, with a separate entrance for handicap and seasons pass holders. Processing fees will apply to each ticket purchased.
**If you have tickets waiting for you at will-call, you must bring a photo ID and your email confirmation to the will-call table by the front gate.
** THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RE-ENTRY!!!

| Children 10 and under are free (with a paid accompanying adult ticket holder) in most general admission shows, unless otherwise stated.
**Ticket required for all attendees in the Gold Circle Section, unless special permission is granted (ex. children age 2 and under are free)
**Gold Circle Section is NOT recommended for children.

Food, beverages, and coolers brought to the concert from outside the venue will NOT be allowed in. We have many food and drink vendors inside the venue.
**On some concerts during extreme heat, one sealed bottle of water per ticket holder will be allowed.
**Baby food is also allowed.

Lawn chairs are welcome for most shows, unless otherwise stated.

All concert attendees will be searched at the gate for weapons and other unauthorized items. Any and all weapons found will be confiscated and disposed of. Some of these items include, but are not limited to:

- knives
- razors
- all chains
- studded items (ie. belt, necklace)
- mace
- tasers
- guns
- large belt buckles
- cheese graters
- baseball bats

**No refunds or re-entry will be granted to those who are removed from the concert**
