What is Innsbrook After Hours' “ZERO TOLERENCE POLICY”?
Innsbrook After Hours has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy toward WEAPONS, ILLEGAL DRUGS/ILLEGAL DRUG USE, and UNDERAGE DRINKING.
WEAPONS POLICY: All weapons whether legal or illegal (guns, knives, mace, etc.) will be confiscated at the door. No exceptions! No kidding! Just leave them in your vehicle.
DRUG USE POLICY: Any patron found possessing illegal drugs or using illegal drugs at Innsbrook After Hours or anywhere on the Innsbrook Corporate Office Park campus (including all parking areas) will be turned over to the proper legal authority and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No exceptions! No kidding!
UNDERAGE DRINKING POLICY: All minors found consuming alcoholic beverages and/or adults found providing alcoholic beverages to minors at any time at Innsbrook After Hours or on the Innsbrook Corporate Office Park campus (including all parking areas) will be turned over to the proper legal authority and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No exceptions! No kidding! Plain and simple, DON'T DO IT anywhere at Innsbrook After Hours or on the Innsbrook Corporate Office Park campus.
Where can I purchase tickets for Innsbrook After Hours?
Tickets may be purchased through authorized Innsbrook After Hours ticket sites: www.ticketstobuy.com, Spinnaker’s Restaurant at Chesterfield Towne Center, Plan 9, Richmond Music, and all Capital Ale House locations or by calling (804) 794 - 6700. There is a convenience charge on each ticket not purchased at the door. If you order tickets online, your tickets will either be held at the WILL CALL window the night of the show or MAILED to you for a small additional fee. NEW: A new option available to you is "print-at-home" tickets, for a small additional fee.
Are tickets available at the door for Innsbrook After Hours concerts?
ABSOLUTELY! Contrary to what many seem to believe, it is the VERY rare occasion that an Innsbrook After Hours concert actually sells out, so there are plenty of tickets available for purchase at the door. You may avoid paying ticket service charges by purchasing tickets at the door.
Where can I purchase season passes for Innsbrook After Hours?
Season passes are only available online through www.ticketstobuy.com. The passes available are:
General Admission Season Pass – all Innsbrook After Hours shows, general admission pass - $250.00-$300.00.
Gold Season Pass – All Innsbrook After Hours shows, GOLD CIRCLE seating when utilized - Price for 2009 TBA.
What if I purchase tickets through brokers/online services/auctions not affiliated with Innsbrook After Hours?
The purchaser assumes all risk when purchasing tickets from any unauthorized individual, company, or on line auction service. Tickets deemed to be counterfeit or obtained by fraudulent means will be confiscated and destroyed without admission to the concert and without refund. Please purchase your tickets only through authorized Innsbrook After Hours ticketing outlets: www.ticketstobuy.com, all Capital Ale House locations, Spinnakers Restaurant, Richmond Music Center, Plan 9 and at the door on show nights.
What if it rains? Can I get a refund? Can I use my ticket at another show if it rains?
All concerts will go on as scheduled RAIN or SHINE!
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKETS PURCHASED FOR ANY INNSBROOK AFTER HOURS CONCERTS.
Tickets are only valid for the date and the artist listed on the face of the ticket. Tickets that do not feature the correct date and artist will be refused at the door.
What time do doors open for Innsbrook After Hours shows?
For most Innsbrook After Hours concerts, doors are scheduled to open as follows.
5:45 PM – Gold Season Pass holders and General Admission Season Pass holders
6:00 PM - ALL advance ticket holders regardless of when or where ticket was purchased.
When can I pick up tickets at the Will Call Window?
The Will Call pickup window will open approximately 30 minutes before the opening of gates on the day of show only.
Where is the Will Call Window?
The Will Call window is located beside the front gate and ticket sales areas.
My favorite band is playing at Innsbrook. When can I get in line at the door to ensure the best possible seats?
The line for any show may form at any time during the DAY OF SHOW ONLY! There is no overnight-parking nor overnight-sleeping at the facility.
Can we party in the parking lot before the concert?
Sorry, but absolutely no tailgating is allowed on the Innsbrook Corporate Office Park or the Innsbrook Pavilion Grounds. Violators will be removed from the property.
Is parking available on-site at Innsbrook After Hours?
Preferred parking for cars is available close to the venue for $3.00. Motorcycle parking is available on site for $1. Free parking available just outside the venue. Handicap parking is also available, but limited.
What is the GOLD CIRCLE area?
GOLD CIRCLE is a seating area with a range of 400- 600 premium seats at the front of the stage for select Innsbrook After Hours concerts. Due to this limited design, everyone sitting within the GOLD CIRCLE (Age 2+) requires a ticket. Seating is NOT assigned. Seating is general reserve and is 1st come, 1st serve.
What is the seating/standing policy within the GOLD CIRCLE area? Will people standing/dancing be asked to sit down?
Essentially the GOLD CIRCLE policy is this; while we request that people sitting within the GOLD CIRCLE area respect the wishes of those seated around them, we understand that standing, clapping, and dancing are an integral part of the concert experience for many attending concerts at the Innsbrook Pavilion. We DO NOT guarantee that you will have an unobstructed view of the stage due to others appreciating the concert in their own way and our security staff will never demand that anyone sit down during any performance. We only guarantee that you will be provided a seat within the GOLD CIRCLE area that is close to the stage. No refunds will be offered to those who feel their concert experience was diminished by those enjoying any concert by standing or clapping.
What is the lawn area at Innsbrook After Hours?
The lawn area at Innsbrook After Hours is an all-lawn, uncovered, general-admission area very close to the stage (behind Gold Circle, when used) where seating is based on a first come, first served basis.
Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on the lawn for Innsbrook After Hours?
Yes. Blankets and lawn chairs will still be allowed for all Innsbrook After Hours concerts. Venue capacity has been reduced for the pavilion to allow for lawn chairs at all Innsbrook After Hours concerts.
Are there restrictions on what can be brought in to Innsbrook After Hours?
Yes. Outside food and beverages, coolers, baskets, knapsacks, and pets may not be brought into the pavilion. Food and beverages are available on site through sponsoring vendors. Alcoholic beverages will be confiscated at the gate. On really hot days, above 90 degrees, we can allow 1 sealed bottle of water into the venue. The water bottle size must be 20 ounces or less.
If doors open at 6pm,what time does the music start? What time does the headliner hit the stage?
For most Innsbrook After Hours concerts, the schedule is approximately* as follows:
Doors: 6:00 PM
Opening Act: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Headliner: 8:00 PM – Conclusion
However, should a concert be advertised as “An Evening With…”
Doors: 6:00 PM
Headliner: 7:30 PM – Conclusion
* Approximately, but never guaranteed.
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my children?
When sitting on the general admission lawn and when accompanied by a parent or guardian, children under 10 are admitted for free unless otherwise noted.
However, due to the limited design of the GOLD CIRCLE seating, everyone aged 2+ will require a ticket to sit in the GOLD CIRCLE.
Are cameras allowed at Innsbrook After Hours?
Essentially our camera policy is this:
The artist and their representatives have the EXCLUSIVE right to determine if/how the image of the artist is/is not reproduced. The artist may at any time request that any or all cameras be removed from the premises. You may be required to take your camera back to your car at the artist’s request, no questions asked.
In general, however, most acts do not object to small, personal cameras to take pictures for personal use, but this is not a guarantee that your camera will be acceptable.
No refunds or exchanges will be given to concert-goers who choose to leave the concert if is determined by the artist of their representatives that cameras are not allowed at the concert. This is a concert, not a photo-shoot.
